It is always bittersweet to see any of my photographs go to a new home.

Billy the Hedgehog

One of my friends has an albino, pygmy hedgehog.
He brought her to Dolores park last Sunday.
Her name is Billy Idol and she is really fun to play with.

Honey - Lychee Frozen Yogurt

I am getting reacquainted with my ice cream maker by
whipping up a batch of Honey - Lychee frozen yogurt.

3 cups (720g) Greek-style yogurt
3/4 cup (150g) sugar
1 Can of Lychee in light syrup
1 tablespoon honey

Mix together the yogurt, sugar, and chopped Lychee
and 1/2 cup of the syrup. Stir until the sugar is
completely dissolved. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Freeze in your ice cream maker according
to the manufacturer's instructions.

Add honey drop by drop after the Frozen Yogurt
has reached the desired consistency.
Mix gently allowing the honey to remain chunky.

This is the funniest thing I have seen in a long time.
I may have to get my own Big Wheel for next year.
