
She wanted to make a statement with one of my pieces.
It is always bittersweet to see any of my photographs go to a new home.
Mix together the yogurt, sugar, and chopped Lychee
and 1/2 cup of the syrup. Stir until the sugar is
completely dissolved. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Freeze in your ice cream maker according
to the manufacturer's instructions.
Add honey drop by drop after the Frozen Yogurt
has reached the desired consistency.
Mix gently allowing the honey to remain chunky.
